Aromatic summary: With a slightly terpenic note, balsam fir essential oil has a sweet, rich, and balsamic fragrance. Antiseptic, antispasmodic, and anti-inflammatory, it is primarily used for colds, asthma, coughs, cramps, and muscle pain.

How to use:
It is recommended to burn your candle for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4 hours, and to always be present while it is burning. It is important to keep it out of reach of children and pets. Be sure to trim the wick before each use so that it is approximately 1/4 inch from the wax.

Burns for approximately 50 hours.
